The sector changes the contents. Not the machine.

Twelve sectors, one architecture. Intake, validate, enrich, decide, operate, fulfil — the lanes never move. What sits in them is entirely different, and that difference is the whole job.

Where we work

Twelve sectors, each with its own page.

Hover a sector to see what fills its six lanes. Each page names the actual systems, the actual regulations and the actual failure mode.

What travels

Six things that are true in every one of them.

01The constraint is intake, not demandAlmost nobody has a lead volume problem. They have a problem with what happens in the first ten minutes after one arrives.
02Two systems hold the same customerAnd nothing decides which one wins. That single question causes more damage than any missing feature.
03The workaround names the constraintEvery operation has a spreadsheet running alongside the system. What is in it tells you what the system cannot hold.
04Compliance is a data model problemFINRA retention, TCPA consent, HIPAA minimum-necessary, state disclosure — all of them are constraints on structure, not features to switch on.
05The number nobody measures is the useful oneBooked rate by call handler. Time from referral to appointment. Median days from approval to clear-to-close. Every sector has one and almost nobody has it.
06Configuration usually winsMost of what looks like a platform limit is a configuration nobody attempted. We say so when it is, which is more often than it is comfortable to admit.
Not listed

If your sector is not here.

The twelve pages exist because we have done work in them and can name specifics. The absence of yours means we have not written it up, not that the method changes.

The first week is identical

We watch the work, read the systems and write down what nobody documented. That does not depend on the vertical.

We will say if we are wrong for it

Some sectors need domain depth we do not have. Better to hear that in the first call than the third month.

The lanes still apply

Intake, validate, enrich, decide, operate, fulfil. We have not yet found an operation the shape does not fit.
